To obtain your 200-hour certification, you must complete the following modules:

Anatomy & Physiology (30 hours)
Foundation of Yoga (30 hours)
Asana Lab and Alignment (80 hours)
Professional Essentials (50 hours)
Ayurveda Basics and Yoga for Your Type (10 hours)
Final Exam

You have the option to purchase all modules together or one at a time. We accept transfer credits if you have completed an anatomy course in college or school and can provide proof of earning 30 anatomy hours. The same applies to Practicum hours, Foundation of Yoga, Professional Essentials and Ayurveda basics.

If you have previously begun a yoga teacher training and were unable to complete it due to life circumstances, contact us. We evaluate transfer hours on a case-by-case basis and will guide you through the remaining requirements needed for completion.
