Our Way of Tea Ceremony is a quiet 45-minute experience that invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and those around you. Inspired by ancient tea rituals and the Ayurvedic principle of presence, each ceremony is a meditation in motion: the sound of pouring water, the warmth of the cup, the fragrance rising like a gentle prayer.
This offering is available for all occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, mother-daughter days, small gatherings with friends, or simply a peaceful weekend ritual during the holidays.
☕ What’s Included
- A guided Way of Tea traditional ceremony led with intention and mindfulness.
- One to two ounces of hand-selected tea to take home in a Mahad Yoga branded container.
- Space for reflection and heartfelt conversation.
🌸 What to Bring
- Yourself, just as you are.
- You’ll be asked to remove your shoes upon arrival. Dress casually or comfortably; we provide bolsters and blankets for seated comfort.

- A minimum of three attendees is required to reserve a ceremony.
- $15 per person, non-refundable.
- Duration: 30–45 minutes.
