Wellness Lab (Online • Every 2 Months)

Every two months, we gather online for a short, focused 15-minute Wellness Lab, a simple space for real conversations around Ayurveda, seasonal health, and everyday wellness.

Each session centers around one clear theme, like digestion, energy, nervous system balance, or how to work with the season.

This isn’t a class you have to “perform” in. It’s more like tuning in, listening, reflecting, and leaving with something practical you can actually use in daily life.

We meet live online, and everyone who registers receives a podcast-style recording afterward, so if life gets busy, you can still listen anytime.

Along the way, we may gently explore:
• the roots and meaning behind yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda
• simple ways to set intentions that match your current season of life
• occasional studio wellness offerings or products (only when helpful)
