FALL AT THE CHECK OUT
November naturally asks us to slow down to settle, to gather warmth, to move toward deeper rest. This 75âminute session is designed to meet you in that shift, offering a gentle space to unwind, soften, and recalibrate before winter fully arrives.
When:
Saturday, November 14th @ 3PM
About Event :
If youâve never been to a sound bath before, think of it as lying down comfortably while waves of sound move around you. Youâre not doing anything, youâre simply listening. The tones and vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion create an atmosphere that helps the body settle. People often notice their breath slowing, their shoulders dropping, and their mind feeling a little less busy.
Youâll begin with simple seated movement and guided relaxation to help your body ease into stillness. From there, the sound bath unfolds in a carefully crafted sequence. Each instrument, tone, and pacing choice is selected to create an environment that supports softening, settling, and deeper rest.
What You'll Experience:
- Gentle seated movement that encourages the body to unwind before settling into rest
- A simple guided relaxation (no meditation experience needed) that eases you into the sound bath
- A supportive sound bath, using intentional sequencing to invite slower breath, quieter thoughts, and a sense of grounded spaciousness
