In this consultation, we will explore how to identify Ama—the toxic buildup in the body caused by poor digestion. We’ll assess your digestion, daily habits, and lifestyle to create a tailored plan that restores balance by supporting your Agni (digestive fire). This will include personalized recommendations for diet, routines, and practices to promote detoxification and enhance overall well-being.
Daily Habits and Routines
In this consultation, we assess the balance of the three Gunas in your mind and body. We explore how these qualities influence your emotional and physical state and provide personalized guidance on how to cultivate balance. The goal is to bring greater clarity, energy, and peace into your daily life by aligning your Gunas with your unique constitution.
