LVL 1 Intensity: Low to moderate, suitable for beginners or those returning to yoga practice.
LVL 2 Intensity: Moderate, designed for practitioners with a foundational understanding of yoga.
LVL 3 Intensity: High, for experienced practitioners who are comfortable with advanced postures and transitions.
TR Trauma informed: Helping to release tension, stress, and emotional blocks stored within the body.
