LVL 3 Intensity: High, for experienced practitioners who are comfortable with advanced postures and transitions.
This class is a combination of hatha and vinyasa. In Vinyasa we will move faster than a slow flow class to elevate the heart rate and build internal heat. In Hatha we will practice familiar asanas. Modifications offered to accommodate different experience levels.
Expectations:
Begin with grounding Hatha poses, focusing on alignment and breath control.
Move into a flowing sequence of Vinyasa postures to build heat and energy.
Transition between steady holds and dynamic flows, balancing effort and ease.
Finish feeling both strong and centered, with a sense of calm and clarity.
