LVL 1 Intensity: Low to moderate, suitable for beginners or those returning to yoga practice.

Our morning class is a gentle mix of Hatha and Yin Yoga, designed to help your body flow smoothly into the day while still generating internal heat. You will flow through postures slowly and mindfully as you intentionally unite breath with movement. This class will help you release tightness, gain strength and balance in the body and focus the mind. Modifications offered to slow down or challenge.
