This session will focus on your personal constitution, known as Doshas. We will explore how to tailor your practice to your body type in a group setting.

These sessions are adaptable, taking place in a studio, at home, or virtually, ensuring scheduling and location flexibility. If you wish to book a time outside of our scheduled offerings, please reach out to us after purchasing your pass.

What to Expect:
If you are new to yoga and Ayurveda, you will learn about Ayurveda, the different Doshas, and how they apply to your practice. Additionally, we will address any goals you have.

If you are an experienced practitioner: you will learn how to integrate Ayurvedic principles into your yoga and pranayama practices, and how to adapt these practices to various seasonal and life changes. Additionally, we will address any goals you have.
