LVL 2 Intensity: Moderate, designed for practitioners with a foundational understanding of yoga.

This class combines the active, flowing style of Vinyasa with the passive, quiet practice of Yin. Expect to build heat in the body as you flow through postures and then slow down and release tension and stress with mindful Yin movements.

Expectations:
  • Start with an active Vinyasa flow to build heat and energy.
  • Transition to longer-held Yin postures for deep muscle and fascia release.
  • Experience both a dynamic, energizing practice and a soothing, calming finish.
  • Leave class feeling balanced, refreshed, and restored.
