This Gentle & Restorative Yoga class is designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate both your body and mind. The session begins with gentle, seated movements to stretch and warm up your body in preparation for relaxation. We will then transition to calming breath practices that promote stress relief and deep relaxation.
The class features a series of long-held, fully supported postures (5 to 20 minutes), using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to ensure maximum comfort. These poses allow the body to unwind and reset, fostering deep relaxation and recovery.
To elevate the experience, we will incorporate a soothing sound bath, using healing vibrations to deepen relaxation and restore balance. This practice nurtures a sense of ease, allowing for profound renewal and well-being.
