Smudging is an ancient tradition, rooted in the wisdom of those who came before us. They understood that our energy field, just like our body, needs cleansing. The sage we burn has long been believed to purify the body, mind, and spirit, creating space for clarity, balance, and positivity.
So, as the smoke drifts around you, take a deep breath. With each exhale, release the burdens you no longer need to carry. Allow yourself to feel renewed, grounded, and ready to embrace the week ahead with an open heart and a clear mind.
