Participants will develop a strong foundation in yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices. In addition to yoga, students will learn mindfulness techniques, strategies for handling stress, goal-setting skills, and the art of meditation. This program also emphasizes self-care and staying true to oneself, empowering teens to prioritize their well-being regardless of peer influences.
For those committed to advancing their practice, completing 200 hours of participation makes students eligible to receive a Yoga Instructor Certificate, recognized by Yoga Alliance.

- Students must be at least 13 years old to become certified.
- Anatomy training (available online or at our studio) is a prerequisite for certification.
- A parent or guardian release form is required for enrollment.
