Iyengar Yoga is a practice that focuses on precision, alignment, and mindfulness in each posture. Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, this style emphasizes the correct alignment of the body using props like blocks, straps, and blankets to support and deepen the postures, making it accessible to practitioners of all levels. In class, we will hold poses for longer periods to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while cultivating awareness of breath and body. This mindful approach encourages focus and calm, promoting both physical and mental well-being.

🛑Important Information:
Reservation closes 12 hours before practice. There will be a $20 fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
Sign-ups are on standby only until a minimum of 2 participants is reached for the practice to       proceed.
