Class Overview: Candle Light Yin Yoga is a meditative practice focusing on deep connective tissues. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes to stretch, relax, and enhance flexibility, joint mobility, and energy flow. The calming candlelight and props support comfort while fostering patience and self-acceptance. This class complements more active styles, balancing effort with surrender.
Our regular classes are designed for adult practitioners (ages 18+).
Teens (13–17) may join select classes with prior studio approval and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Some classes — such as Sound Bath, Candlelight Yoga, Lunar Flow, and Iyengar — are for adults only due to the focus, structure, and safety requirements of the practice.
