Gratitude Yin Yoga: Nourish, Digest & Restore 🌿

As the holiday season approaches, take time to slow down, center, and nurture your body from the inside out. This special Yin Yoga class is designed to support both digestion and gratitude—two vital practices that help us feel lighter, calmer, and more present during the busy holiday months.

Through gentle, long-held postures, we’ll focus on stimulating the digestive organs, releasing tension in the belly and hips, and calming the nervous system. Guided breathwork and meditation will weave in the yogic concept of santosha (contentment), helping us cultivate gratitude for what is, rather than longing for what is not.
