This session is led by Tom, who brings years of deep, traditional Iyengar training—both as a teacher and as someone who has trained other instructors. Expect a no-nonsense alignment-focused practice. We move slow, we hold steady, and we pay attention.
You’ll work through postures held for 2–5 minutes, giving you enough time to actually feel what’s happening in the muscles, joints, breath, and mind. This isn’t performative yoga; this is precision, structure, and the kind of discipline that shapes real change in the body.
By the end of class, you’ll understand how proper alignment affects your physical body, supports stability, and builds the kind of strength that doesn’t burn out your nervous system but actually nourishes it—very much in line with traditional Iyengar principles.
