This is a slow, calming, candlelit yoga practice created for rest, connection, and nervous-system reset. Held invites you to soften—physically, emotionally, and mentally—without expectations or performance.
We’ll move through a gentle, relaxing flow with long holds, floor-based poses, and simple breathwork designed to settle the body and quiet the mind. The pace is unhurried. Silence and stillness are welcomed. Candles set the tone: warm, grounded, and safe.
After practice, you’re invited to stay for a quiet champagne (or non-alcoholic) sip, a gentle gift-exchange circle (optional), and time to connect without rush. Photos are welcome, but presence comes first.
