Designed for those who are new to paddleboard yoga or new to practicing on the water. This class focuses on building comfort, balance, and body awareness on an unstable surface. Movements are slow, simple, and intentional, with extra time to adjust to the board, the breath, and the simulated motion of the water.
SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) Yoga Workshop
This indoor SUP yoga class is designed to enhance your balance and strength while practicing on specialized indoor paddleboards. You'll engage in various yoga postures that challenge your stability and core engagement in a controlled environment.
Prerequisites
Basic yoga experience is recommended. Familiarity with foundational poses will help you adapt to practicing on the boards.
No prior paddleboarding experience is necessary, as this class focuses on indoor practice.
Your instructor will provide modifications and guidance to help you achieve balance and strength on the indoor boards. Feel free to ask questions or request assistance during class.

All boards are provided for the class. Please take gentle care of the equipment to ensure it remains in good condition for everyone to enjoy.
