June 7Th Gentle Opening
Duration: 60 minutes
Objective: Begin the series with gentle stretches to warm up the body and focus on opening tight areas.

  • Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana)

June 14th Hip and Hamstring Release
Duration: 60 minutes
Objective: Focus on releasing tension in the hips and hamstrings, promoting flexibility in these areas.
